How medals work

A medal shows how well a talent fits a role, according to the businesses she has worked with. There is one medal per role, and it only goes up.

One medal per role

Her medal for one role says nothing about another.

Bronze starts at 0 points, so None only means no feedback has arrived for this role yet.

How points are earned

Each time a business gives feedback on a role, it taps Not yet, Bronze, Silver or Gold. Those are worth 0, 1, 2 and 3 points. Probation counts three times an interview, because a full week of work says more than an hour. When the talent gives her own feedback about a business, she earns 1 point too.

Her own feedback about a business

Businesses see a medal once two businesses have given feedback for the role. Points never go down.

    Level comes from probation

At the end of a probation, the business also rates the level it saw, from 1 to 5. The level shown is the average of every probation rating for the role. Unlike the medal, it can move up or down as more businesses rate.

A business rates the level at the end of a probation

In this demo, Junior is up to 2, Mid-level above 2 up to 4, and Senior above 4. Where the bands break is not decided yet. Businesses see a level once two probations have rated it.
